1. Project introduction

    After the railway is laid, due to long-term use, some soft sections may experience subsidence of the roadbed as time goes by. Moreover, the rail use environment is complex and changeable, and is often affected by wind, snow, earthquakes, mudslides, and landslides. The influence of various factors such as foreign objects in tunnels and geological mutations can easily cause the rails to deform and be covered by foreign objects, seriously threatening the safety of trains. 2. Principle of the plan

Usually, the inclination sensor can be used to measure the rails, and problem sections can be found and dealt with in time to ensure the safety of train driving. The inclination sensor is a tool that can measure the inclination angle of the relevant system. Its working principle is mainly to measure the component of gravity in the direction perpendicular to the tilted surface when the measuring element inside the sensor is balanced inside the sensor. , since the relationship between this component and gravity is a trigonometric function, the angle value can finally be obtained by using the inverse trigonometric function.




3. WITMOTION plan


    WITMOTION Inclination Sensor Rail Flatness Detection When testing the rail flatness, fix the sensor on the railway plane and use the zero button to achieve the zeroing function before measurement. The data read by the sensor after that is the relative inclination angle relative to the plane. Internal filtering can be used to achieve the goal of measuring inclination in vibration situations. The slope of the railway track section is assessed to facilitate the determination of whether rectification is needed to ensure safe operation.
