Parameter Description
1. Output content
· Vibration velocity: the speed at which the vibration point of an object moves when it vibrates
· Vibration displacement: Amplitude, the jitter amplitude of the vibration point when the object vibrates
· Vibration frequency: the number of times an object vibrates per unit time when it vibrates
· Temperature: Chip operating temperature, not external temperature
2. Accuracy
<FS±4%: indicates 4% of the measuring range. Taking vibration displacement as an example, when the actual displacement value is 300um, the data error is 4% of 300um. When the actual value is 3000um, the data error is 4% of 3000um.
Note: The product has requirements for vibration frequency and is not suitable for low-frequency vibration scenarios. The vibration frequency must be at least 5Hz to ensure data reliability.
