Q: Is the sensor compatible with MCU like Arduino?
A: The sensor is Bluetooth 5.0 communication, built-in nRF52832 chip.
If you need to connect the sensor with Arduino via Bluetooth, it is required to build a same nRF52832 chip on Arduino board as a master.
And the sensor can work as slave. So the sensor can communicate. It is recommended that you can study the sensor's communication protocol for research and development.
Please be noted that the service related to the sensor's integration is not supported.
I needed a way to monitor the vibration of different locations to place a professional camera for streaming
Using an old android phone and this sensor not only was I able to get readings in real time but the data saved hours of labor and drilling into walls that would have not been suitable for the camera
Kyle has been exceptional for support, answering questions quickly and even getting a software change to support multiple recording files names
I hope they will get a iOS version of the app soon
I plan on using this sensor and anti vibration pads around the house to help identify other items that are vibrating too much such as the garage door opener
had problems with the first unit I purchased. I followed the manual
provided but I could not get it to work. Also, the software on the
company website included source code examples for Windows but only the
compiled apps for android, not source code examples. So I sent and email
to the company contact, asking for source code examples for android.
The reply was almost immediate, very helpful and polite, with a link to
download the code samples. I then wrote again regarding the issues I
was having with the device not connecting neither via USB nor BlueTooth.
Again, the reply was immediate, and we went back and forth before
reaching the conclusion that the device was defective (I was worried it
was a compatibility issue with an old BlueTooth 4 device, but that was
not the issue). I asked Amazon for a replacement which arrived promptly
and is working perfectly.
So overall, although I had some issues, the customer support was outstanding and solved all of them.
As for the device, it does what it says it does, and well.
As for the worries indicated in another review: I agree, the documentation could be better and more clear, but it is clear enough. As for the app not being on Google Play, I believe the app is an example, not a commercial application. This is a sensor to be used in custom solutions/applications, the software is just to show its capabilities. But it is not spyware not does it contain viruses (I have a very strong protection system with 3 different scanners and no one found anything). Actually, the code package downloaded from the company web site even includes firmware code and PCB layout, so actually it seems that rather than trying to steal the customer's intellectual property they are making their own available to their customers!
Kyle has been providing excellent responsive assistance to all questions. It's challenging especially with language differences, but Kyle perseveres to provide great service and answers to all questions. The product works well and we are doing our software integration now. Highly recommended.

Great product and excellent customer service and support. I use this device to level my RV (travel trailer) without getting in and out of the truck to check the level. Kyle is very responsive with questions and support about setting up and using the device.
Couldn't have hoped for more. The wit-motion app that works with the sensors allows you to start recording data from multiple sensors straight out of the box. Also, Kyle from Wit-motion was extremely helpful and responsive with any doubts that I had before and after the purchase. Hope to do business with this company again!
